This is an exciting and challenging position offering a rewarding career for your diligent efforts. Greets all customers, builds rapport, common ground, relationships, identifies wants and needs of the customer, and works in the best interest of the customer; completes information required on all sales forms (DMV, credit applications, offer to purchase contracts); schedules appointments with prospective buyers; responds to direct inquiries and follows-up with previous customer contacts; able to work with customers to match their needs to our vehicles; able to communicate the benefits, features, specifications, prices, options, accessories and models for all product lines; safely drives vehicles on pre-established demonstration route; physically inspects both vehicles for sale and vehicles presented for trade-in to identify any defects, flaws, blemishes or damage. Maintains the required sales performance results, customer satisfaction, product knowledge, customer follow up and other assigned duties.

Must have a valid Arizona driver's license with acceptable driving record and drive a manual and automatic transmission.

SUMMARY:
Repairs and reconstructs accident
damaged vehicles; oversees the work of apprentice body shop technicians-
maintains an honest and direct relationship with body shop management;
Performs assigned vehicle body repair work with speed, accuracy and
quality in accordance with manufacturer, insurance company and
dealership standards; identifies parts and equipment needed for specific

consistent with federal, state, manufacturer and company safety guides;
advises management of any damaged or unsafe equipment or tools; performs
safety drive of vehicles on pre-established evaluation routes; obeys
all state, federal and DMV laws and regulation, and adheres to all
