This review is not so much about the dealership, but about one of the salesmen. Manny "Boy" Urbina is as good as they get. If you are shopping for a Jeep, or almost any brand car, call Manny and he will work hard to get you the best deal possible. I was looking for a very specific Jeep Cherokee that was really hard to find. Manny searched and found one that was nearly 500 miles away and then arranged with that dealership to make a trade to let him have the car to sell to me. fr The first conversation I had with Chris it was all about getting the deal I wanted with the vehicle I wanted with the options I wanted and what he and the dealership could do to complete the sale or the process I traveled four hours to Jim click dodge in order to get that experience and it was worth every penny Every time I brought up an issue he would solve it for instance I didn’t want tea plastic bedliner so he made it possible to get a spray in bedliner at a minimum cost I can say with a certain Degree of certainty that one I’m looking for my next vehicle I’ll be going to Tucson to Jim click Dodge and deal with Chris and I will recommend my friends and relatives before they buy in Las Cruces or El Paso to check out the website of Jim click dodge in Tucson and make a decision it was worth it to me thank you all. Rocky in finance was very personable and knowledgeable I believe he explained all my options to me it was a simple process because I didn’t do any financing through the dealership I had a trade-in and then paid cash for the rest of it but overall five stars kudos to Rocky.

Even explained other things that mainly my husband understood (haha) He made all efforts to try to get the lowest payments available for me. I wasnt expecting to leave the dealership with a car that day, I'm so excited that it happened. He was even able to get a second key made that day even though it was on a Saturday. Made my day awesome and left with a big smile on my face to leave with the car I wanted.. The experience was awesome, everything with smoothly that day. Even Finance wasn't a torture to go through, we shared laughs and it was enjoyable. Everyone at Jim Click was friendly and offered refreshments and snacks for me and my family. You must stop by and see what Aaron can do for you, I highly recommend. Have to say this was the best experience I’ve had buying a new vehicle.
